PCA / CFSS Eligibility Requirements in Minnesota
To qualify for PCA / CFSS personal care services in St. Cloud or the Twin Cities, you must meet all of the following criteria
Health Coverage
Must be enrolled in Medical Assistance (MA), Alternative Care (AC), a Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver, or MinnesotaCare (for pregnant individuals and those under 19).
