Our Adult Day Center focuses on providing a diverse array of services, customized to meet the individual needs and preferences of each client. Our experienced team is committed to offering life-skill training, fitness sessions, and a wide assortment of recreational activities for personal growth and social interaction. We take pride in serving refugee populations and strive to foster a welcoming and enjoyable environment for everyone, while equipping clients with the essential tools to navigate their community with confidence and ease.
Our physical therapy program is designed to help clients maintain and improve their physical well-being. Our contracted Physical Therapist reviews and approves each exercise routine to ensure its effectiveness and suitability for the clients. Our trained Activity Assistants lead these exercise sessions, offering guidance and support. In our well-equipped gym, clients can choose from a variety of cardio machines and strength training equipment to participate in group classes or work individually towards their fitness goals.
At WeCare, we understand the importance of a balanced and nutritious diet for overall health. Our contracted Dietician develops meal plans that cater to clients’ health objectives and dietary needs, such as allergies, religious or cultural preferences, and medical restrictions. We provide daily catered meals, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality and satisfying food options throughout their time with us.
We recognize that reliable transportation is a crucial aspect of our clients’ experience. To ensure their convenience and safety, our staff members provide transportation services to and from the facility each day. This service allows clients to attend the programs without any hassle, contributing to their overall satisfaction and well-being.
At WeCare, we prioritize our clients’ health and wellness. We closely monitor their health status and provide trainings and workshops designed to promote healthy, stress-free lifestyles. Our nurse conducts regular health assessments and provides referrals to specialized care providers as needed. This holistic approach to health management enables our clients to maintain their physical and mental well-being while participating in our programs.
